Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items but we may be able to assist you with an exchange for the same value or higher as long as you are happy to cover the difference.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mykony 14-Day Returns Policy

1.2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.
1.3. Items purchased online are not eligible for return or exchange at our physical stores.
1.4. Purchases made at our physical stores are eligible for return or exchange, both in-store and online.
1.5. If you purchased an item using Click and Collect, you are eligible to return this item both in-store or online.

3. Return Shipping
3.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
3.2. Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exclusions
6.1. Mykony does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
